Description:
The Oregon Department of Energy is recruiting for a Program Analyst 3 working in the Building Technologies Division, located in Salem, OR. This position is responsible for providing program management and development, and policy analysis related to energy efficiency and sustainable development, with emphasis on commercial sector technologies.

Requirements
To qualify you must have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Physics, Energy Management or a related Technical field; and four years experience coordinating or administering a program OR;
• Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
• In the “Work History” section on your application you must clearly describe your experience in each of the areas listed. Failure to provide this information may result in eliminating your application from further consideration.
• Credits must be from an accredited college or university. A photocopy of your transcripts must be submitted with your application form.
• Preference may be given to those who have experience performing commercial building: energy simulation, HVAC system design, energy auditing and analysis, or building energy code development/analysis.
