As the Glass Scientist, you will be responsible for the R&D associated with the glass components associated with the high concentration photovoltaic solar cell module including the backplane, top panel and all optical elements. The candidate will work with a dynamic team of Engineers and partners engaged in this exciting and multi-disciplinary field and will report directly to the Vice President of Technology.

Requirements
This highly motivated team player will possess an advanced degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent and 5+ years of industry experience with flat panel glass products. The individual must be technically strong and have experience developing processes or products intended for use in manufacturing. Experience in the flat panel display or equivalent industry is highly desirable. Strong communication skills required.
