Description:
1. Attend site analysis sessions
2. Supervise installation team members
3. Maintain presence on-site during execution of installations
4. Employ safe and accepted methods in the installation and use of photovoltaic equipment
5. Listen and work to resolve customer concerns and problems
6. Seek and attend additional training and certifications pertaining to position
7. Ensure that the quality of work on projects meets or exceeds company and customer expectations
8. Work to facilitate accurate and timely completion of Installations
9. Other responsibilities as they arise
DUTIES:
1. Contact and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, city planning officials, and general contractors to obtain drawings or project related information
2. Submit permit paperwork to appropriate authorities
3. Other duties as they arise
REQUIREMENTS:
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Working knowledge of UBC and NEC regulations
3. Demonstrated cooperative attitude
4. Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
5. Ability to organize time and effectively prioritize projects
6. Effective communication
