Requirements
Key technical experiences include photo-electric characterization of test structures and solar cells, laser scribing / ablation, multilayer sputter and CVD coating R&D and process engineering, reliability engineering, system planning and integration and organic, CdTe, CIGS and silicon cell and module product development.
Desirable sales and marketing experiences include PV and solar industry large project (MW) development, RECs, installation, team building, setting up sales distribution networks and trade show management. NABCEP certified candidates are of great interest. Our clients are seeking leaders who can wear many hats during the initial stages.
