Silicon Energy, LLC, an Arlington, Washington-based manufacturer of PV solar systems, has an immediate opening for a Process Engineering Technician. This position will work as a member of a team to continuously improve production processes, equipment, reliability, and tool performance. Duties include preventative maintenance, repairs, production process issue resolution, developing operating procedures and maintenance schedules, training operators on best operation practices, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements
Strong working knowledge of automated machine operations (pneumatic and vacuum systems, PLCs, servo positioning equipment, and SPC data monitoring) and clean room contamination control required. The candidate needs to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong written/verbal communication skills. Additionally, the candidate needs to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, ability to multitask under changing priorities and conditions, initiative, ability to think independently and ability to self direct. Requirements: Minimum of a 2-year technical degree in electronics, industrial automation, or similar, and 3 plus years experience in a machine operation manufacturing environment.
